These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through www.ecopaperproducts.uk (the “Website”), operated by Marketing Agency UK Ltd, trading as EcoLife, a company incorporated in England & Wales (Company No. 15522309), with registered address at 133 Creek Road, London, United Kingdom.

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not place an order.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“We”, “Us”, “Our” – Marketing Agency UK Ltd, trading as EcoLife.

“You”, “Your” – the individual or business placing an order through the Website.

“Consumer” – an individual purchasing goods wholly or mainly for personal use, as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

“Business Customer” – any individual or entity purchasing goods for business, trade, or professional purposes.

“Order” – a request submitted by you to purchase one or more Products from us.

“Products” – all goods listed for sale on the Website, including standard stock items and Custom Orders.

“Custom Order” – any product manufactured, printed, or configured to your specific requirements.

“Contract” – the legally binding agreement between you and us formed upon our written confirmation of your Order.

3. How a Contract is Formed

A legally binding Contract between you and EcoLife is formed when your payment is successfully processed and you receive an automated Order Confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your Order.

We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed Order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability identified after confirmation. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Products

All Products displayed on our Website are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may be subject to minor variations.

4.1 Standard Products

Standard Products are items listed on the Website and available from existing stock. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if a standard Product becomes unavailable after your Order has been confirmed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item within 5-7 business days. We will not substitute an unavailable Product with an alternative item without your prior written agreement.

4.2 Custom Orders

Custom Orders are products manufactured, printed, or configured to your specific requirements. The following additional terms apply to all Custom Orders:

  • You must provide complete and accurate specifications at the time of ordering. We are not liable for errors or defects resulting from incorrect or incomplete specifications provided by you;
  • Custom Orders require written confirmation of your specifications before production commences. You will receive a proof or specification summary for approval, where applicable;
  • Once production has commenced, Custom Orders cannot be cancelled or returned, except where the finished goods are proven to be materially defective or do not materially conform to the agreed specifications;
  • The right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to Custom Orders, as these are made to your personal specifications under Regulation 28(1)(b);
  • Lead times for Custom Orders will be confirmed at the time of order and may vary depending on complexity, quantity, and production schedule.

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on the Website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery charges are not included in the displayed product price and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your Order;
  • VAT invoices will be issued for all orders. Our VAT number is displayed on all invoices;
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time you place your Order, as confirmed in your Order Confirmation;
  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your Order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Business Customers purchasing in bulk or on a recurring basis may be eligible for volume pricing or trade accounts. Please contact us at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk to discuss pricing arrangements.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Direct Bank TransferMake your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be processed until funds have cleared in our account.
  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your Order;
  • We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our authorised payment providers;
  • Your Order will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised;
  • In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you and your Order will not be confirmed until payment is completed successfully. If payment is not successfully completed within 2 business days of our notification, your Order will be automatically cancelled and any reserved stock released.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery to addresses outside the UK is not currently available through the Website.

7.1 Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout and confirmed in your Order Confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your Order.

7.3 Risk & Title

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) of the Products passes to you only upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, we retain title to the goods.

7.4 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to your absence or the provision of an incorrect address, additional re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from inaccurate delivery information provided by you.

7.5 Partial Delivery

Where an Order contains multiple Products and not all items are available for dispatch at the same time, we reserve the right to fulfil your Order in partial shipments. You will be notified if partial delivery is necessary. Each partial shipment may be invoiced separately. No additional delivery charges will be applied for partial shipments resulting from our stock availability issues.

7.6 Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery by our courier, please notify us at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost items) or within 48 hours of actual delivery (for damaged items), with supporting photographic evidence where applicable. We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate. Risk of loss during outbound delivery remains with us until the goods are delivered to your specified address.

8. Consumer Rights – Right to Cancel

This section applies to Consumers only (individuals purchasing for personal use). It does not apply to Business Customers.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk before the 14-day period expires. Your notification must include your name, order number, and a clear statement of your intention to cancel. You may use the following wording: “I wish to cancel my order [ORDER NUMBER] placed on [DATE].” We will acknowledge your cancellation request by email within 1-2 business days. Once notified, you must return the goods within a further 14 calendar days at your own cost, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

This right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom Orders – goods manufactured, printed, or configured to your personal specifications (Regulation 28(1)(b));
  • Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or contamination reasons;
  • Any goods that have been modified, personalised, or labelled after delivery.

9. Consumer Rights – Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

This section applies to Consumers only. It does not apply to Business Customers.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality, free from defects, safe, and durable;
  • Fit for purpose, suitable for the purpose for which they are ordinarily supplied;
  • As described, matching the description, sample, or model shown.

If your goods do not conform to these statutory requirements, you may be entitled to the following remedies:

  • A full refund within 30 days of delivery (the short-term right to reject);
  • A repair or replacement, at no cost to you, after the 30-day period;
  • A price reduction or final right to reject where repair or replacement is not possible or fails.

To report a fault, please contact us at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk as soon as possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence.

10. Business Customer Terms

This section applies to Business Customers only. Consumer statutory rights described in Sections 8 and 9 do not apply to Business Customers.

Where you are purchasing as a Business Customer:

  • You confirm that you are purchasing for business, trade, or professional purposes and not as a Consumer;
  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply to your purchase;
  • Returns and cancellations are subject to our agreement at our sole discretion, except where goods are materially defective;
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Contract shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the Products giving rise to the claim;
  • We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties and conditions, including implied terms as to satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose;
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to product descriptions, images, logos, brand assets, and copy, is owned by or licensed to Marketing Agency UK Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Where you provide us with artwork, designs, or other materials for a Custom Order, you warrant that you own or have the right to use such materials and that their use by us to fulfil your order does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of this warranty.

12. Liability – General

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any breach of the terms implied by sections 9 to 11 of the Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act 1973;
  • Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties and representations. Our total liability in connection with any Contract shall not exceed the price paid by you for the relevant Products.

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions (force majeure).

13. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an Order, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under reference ZC112106, in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

14. Complaints & Disputes

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance:

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 1-2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may:

  • Refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider;
  • Contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards;
  • For online disputes, use the EU/UK Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.

Your right to bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales remains unaffected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time you place your Order will govern that Contract. We will notify registered account holders of material changes by email with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available on our Website.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or any Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a Consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision at a later date.
