Standard products are held in stock at our UK warehouse and dispatched after order confirmation. Custom-printed products require additional production time – lead times will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk with your order number, and we will do our best to assist. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom-printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be automatically added at checkout, so you can see the full amount before confirming your order.

Yes. If you are a business customer purchasing in bulk or on a recurring basis, please email us to discuss volume pricing and trade account options

We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or other offshore islands.

Standard delivery takes approximately 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery is free on orders over £35. For orders below £35, a flat delivery charge of £3.50 per shipment applies. The delivery charge is displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and offer an appropriate resolution.

We accept PayPal (including debit and credit card payments via PayPal) and Direct Bank Transfer.

Yes. When selecting PayPal at checkout, you can choose ‘Debit or Credit Card’ to pay by card directly without needing a PayPal account.

After placing your order, you will receive our bank account details. Please transfer the amount and use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will only be processed once funds have cleared in our account.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (applicable to individual consumers), you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. See full terms and process in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return has been approved and the item inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to a further 14 days, depending on your bank

Custom-printed products cannot be returned unless proven to be defective or not conforming to the agreed specifications. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
