Account Terms & Conditions
These Account Terms and Conditions govern your use of your EcoLife customer account. By registering for an account on www.ecopaperproducts.uk, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Terms & Conditions of Sale.
1. Account Eligibility
To create and maintain an account with EcoLife, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a resident of, or be purchasing for delivery to, the United Kingdom;
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.
Accounts registered on behalf of a business must be created by an authorised representative of that business. By registering a business account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Account Registration
When creating an account, you are required to provide:
- Your full legal name;
- A valid email address (used as your login identifier);
- A secure password of your choosing;
- Your billing and delivery address(es);
- A contact telephone number (optional but recommended for order updates).
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. EcoLife is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information provided by you.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:
Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
Notify us immediately at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
EcoLife will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from EcoLife asking for your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably suspect a security breach, unauthorised access, or fraudulent activity.
4. Account Features & Benefits
A registered EcoLife account provides access to the following features:

| Wishlist | Save products for future reference or purchase |
| Faster Checkout | Pre-filled address and payment preferences for quicker ordering |
| Return Requests | Initiate and track return or exchange requests directly from your account |
| Marketing Preferences | Manage your email and communication preferences at any time |
5. Acceptable Use
By holding an EcoLife account, you agree not to:
- Use your account for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our systems, or our servers;
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any point;
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with our website or place orders;
- Resell or transfer access to your account to any third party;
- Use your account in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the EcoLife platform.
EcoLife reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this acceptable use policy and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, without prior notice.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Account Terms or our Terms & Conditions of Sale;
- Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
- Failure to pay for confirmed orders;
- Providing false registration information;
- Extended periods of inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 3 years may be closed with 30 days’ prior email notice).
Upon termination, your access to account features will cease. Any outstanding orders placed prior to termination will be honoured in accordance with our standard terms. Any personal data held will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us at hi@ecolifeproducts.uk. Please note:
- Account closure requests will be processed within 10 business days;
- Any active or pending orders must be fulfilled or cancelled before your account can be closed;
- Closing your account will permanently delete your saved addresses, order history access, and wishlist. Transaction records may be retained as required by HMRC for up to 7 years in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
