We recommend ordering a small trial quantity of lids alongside your cups to confirm the fit before placing a full bulk order.

We stock two main cup styles:

Ripple Cups (Double-Layer Insulated)

• Triple-layer corrugated outer sleeve provides superior heat insulation.
• No separate sleeve required — comfortable to hold straight away.
• Ideal for: coffee shops, cafés, takeaways serving hot drinks.

Kraft Paper Cups (Single Wall)

• Lightweight, cost-effective option for standard use.
• A cup sleeve is recommended for very hot drinks.
• Ideal for: events, offices, high-volume catering where unit cost matters most.

Yes. All EcoLife paper cups are designed and tested for hot beverages including coffee, tea, and other hot drinks.

Our cups use a food-grade PE (polyethylene) lining that is heat-resistant and prevents leaks. They are suitable for liquids up to 100°C (212°F).

For day-to-day use with espresso-based drinks (typically served at 65–75°C), our cups perform reliably without deformation or leakage.

Yes. Our products are manufactured by NICE International Company Limited (Vietnam), which holds the following certification:

• ISO 22000:2018 — Food Safety Management System, covering the manufacturing and trading of paper cups, paper boxes, and paper bowls used in food service. Certificate valid until 27 May 2027.

All products are made from food-grade materials and comply with UK import and safety regulations.

Our standard products are sold per case. MOQ varies by product:

• Paper Cups (8oz / 12oz): from 1 case (50 or 100 cups per case, depending on pack format)
• PP Plastic Lids: from 1 case (50 or 100 lids per case)
• Paper Straws: from 1 case (500 or 1,000 straws per case)

There is no site-wide minimum on standard orders. However, for wholesale pricing and trade accounts, we typically work with businesses ordering 10+ cases per product line.

Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for businesses ordering in volume on a regular basis.

To apply for a trade account:

• Register on our website and select ‘Business’ as your account type.
• Alternatively, email admin@ecolifeproducts.uk with your company name, VAT number (if registered), and an overview of your monthly packaging requirements.
• Our team will respond within 1 business day with a personalised quote.

Volume discounts are available for recurring orders and larger quantities. Pricing is agreed per order or on a standing contract basis.

Yes. You can add multiple products to your basket and check out in a single transaction.

All items in one order are dispatched together from our UK warehouse, so you receive everything in one delivery.

If you need specific quantities across several product lines, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can confirm stock availability and arrange the most efficient dispatch.

Our paper cups are made from food-grade paper with a thin PE (polyethylene) lining to prevent leaks. In the UK, PE-lined paper cups can be recycled at facilities equipped to separate the lining from the paper layer.

Recycling availability varies by local council. We recommend checking with your local authority or waste contractor.

Paper Straws:

Our paper straws are fully recyclable and do not contain plastic. They are a direct replacement for single-use plastic straws in line with UK single-use plastics regulations.

Plastic Lids (PP):

Our PP lids are made from polypropylene (PP5), which is widely accepted in UK kerbside recycling collections.

Our products are manufactured in Vietnam by NICE International Company Limited, a certified manufacturer with ISO 22000:2018 accreditation.

Regarding FSC certification: at present, not all product lines carry FSC certification. We are actively working with our supplier to expand FSC-certified options across our range.

Yes. We understand that businesses need to verify product quality and fit before committing to a larger order.

To request samples, please email admin@ecolifeproducts.uk with:

• Your company name and delivery address
• The specific products you would like to sample (cup size, lid type, straw)

Sample availability is subject to stock. We will confirm turnaround within 1 business day.

Our first UK inventory shipment is currently in transit and expected to arrive at our warehouse in mid-July 2026.

Once stock lands and is processed, all products will be listed as available on the website with accurate stock levels.

If you need a specific product urgently or would like to be notified when stock arrives, please email admin@ecolifeproducts.uk with your requirements. We can prioritise allocation for businesses that contact us in advance.

Currently, each order can only be dispatched to one delivery address across the UK.

Yes, we offer custom-printed paper cups featuring your logo or brand design.

Custom printing details:

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ): typically 1,000–5,000 cups depending on size and print specification.
• A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins.
• Lead time: production lead times will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
• Accepted file formats: AI, PDF, EPS (vector files preferred).
