Paper straws are the everyday replacement for single-use plastic in cold serves, and ours are made to hold up through a long drink rather than go soft halfway. The colourful finish adds a little presentation without any plastic. They suit:

Finding the right straw

The right straw depends on the drink. Length is matched to the glass or cup height — from around 140mm for short glasses and cocktails up to 200–230mm for tall cups and takeaway drinks — while the bore sets what it can carry: a narrower straw suits soft drinks, water and iced coffee, and a wider one suits thick shakes and bubble tea. Material matters too: paper is the everyday plastic-free choice, with sugarcane and other plant-based options joining the range over time. Beyond the stock colours, straws can be printed to your own design.

Eco credentials and disposal

Since single-use plastic straws were restricted across the UK, paper has become the default for venues serving cold drinks. Dispose of them with food or general waste in line with your local council guidance. We hold certification and can provide it on request — worth keeping on file if you make eco claims of your own.

Straws are supplied in bulk, which keeps the cost per serve low for high-volume service. Beyond the stock colours, they can be printed to your design — including seasonal and event colours for moments like Christmas, Halloween and summer.
